Gabriella Bush (She/Her) is a bold and mission-driven leader with over fifteen years of experience advancing equity, access, and accountability in the nonprofit sector. Known for her sharp instincts, authentic leadership, and dynamic presence as a public speaker, Gabriella brings passion and precision to every engagement.
Gabriella has dedicated her career to investigating complex systems, building teams, and advocating for underserved communities, particularly focusing on people with disabilities and those navigating systemic injustice. Her academic background includes a degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. Additionally, she has completed advanced certifications in project management, trauma-informed care, and inclusive leadership.
As a public speaker, Gabriella has presented to tens of thousands of program participants across the country and is frequently sought after for keynote speeches, advocacy training, and organizational change work. Her belief in planting purpose deeply and building structures that last is central to her philosophy.
Gabriella also maintains federal security clearance and has extensive experience protecting organizational and client data, ensuring compliance with high-level standards for privacy, confidentiality, and secure operations.
